FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We only ship products Australia wide using postage and freight providers authorised by Queensland Police Service, Weapons Licensing Branch. Firearms are sent via Australia Post or Courier and are always sent by registered post, with a tracking number and require a signature upon receipt.
If the recipient is not present to take delivery, and additional costs are incurred, the recipient is responsible for all costs relating to repostage or delivery, if payable.
If the items ordered are in stock, an order is usually dispatched within 2 business days. If items need to be ordered from a supplier, a sales team member will be in contact with you with an ETA (Estimated time of arrival). Delivery by Australia Post normally takes between 2-7 business days with exceptions to rural or regional areas.

Small Accessories: AUD $20 per 10 items (within reason)
- Category A & B Firearms:
- (no scope or accessories) in original, factory box: $80
- With scope, accessories or without factory box: $120
- Category H Firearms
- in factory box: $60
- needing special box/packing: $90

- Large, heavy or bulky Items: Safes, travel cases, reloading presses
Category A & B Firearms may be shipped or posted from 3 Gun Tactical directly to a customer that holds a valid Queensland Firearms License within Queensland only IF we are supplied with:
- the original Permit to Acquire (PTA) or an email version directly from Qld Police, Weapons Licensing Branch.
- Firearms can only be shipped to the address details on the PTA.
Items must be sent via registered post only and MUST be signed for by the license holder.
Any other category (CDHM) must be sent to a licensed firearms dealer for brokerage.
Firearms shipped interstate must be sent from 3GT to a licensed firearms dealer. You are responsible for provide full details of the dealer, their dealer license copy including expiry.
3GT cannot ship a firearm directly to you if you reside outside of Queensland or hold an interstate license. Please include the details of your nominated transferring dealer in the order comments or contact us to discuss.
In rare circumstances 3GT may be able to ship firearms outside of Australia. Due to very stringent ITAR and Home Affairs regulations, it is a time consuming and difficult process.
International shipping is not available online. Additionally, many of our products are subject to export restrictions. Please email email@example.com to discuss options.
Collection of goods in store is available during store trading hours or by prior appointment. Goods will only be held if order is paid in full or the order is within payment terms. To nominate another person to collect your order, please put their name and phone number in the order comments. If restricted items are being collected, the individual collecting the goods must have a valid firearms license and written authority from the purchaser. For your security, a photocopy of your Firearms and driver’s licenses maybe be taken at the time of collection of goods in store.
Please choose carefully when purchasing products on this site. We invest time and money to prepare orders before they are shipped. Order cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us on 07 3180 1223 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Should you receive a product which is damaged, incorrect or not as described please contact us on 07 3180 1223 or email email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery so that we can remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Any attempt to use the incorrect or damaged item will be deemed acceptance by the consumer.
3 Gun Tactical will cover reasonable costs of return if we are found to be at fault.
As per the ACCC, if you have a minor problem with a product or service, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. For a major problem with a service, you can choose to receive compensation for the drop in value below the price paid, or a refund.
Returned Goods should be in ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED, FACTORY PACKAGING.
